How to Use This Mini-Course

I designed this mini-course in bite-size pieces so you can learn and integrate the material in each module before moving on. That doesn’t mean you have to master each module before moving on, but give yourself enough time to digest and integrate as you go.

Knowledge is a wonderful, necessary component of change but it is only the first step. Without integration, change doesn’t happen. Might I suggest you take at least a week with each module?

Don’t expect perfection immediately. Overcoming emotional eating is going to take some time, compassion, and patience. Watch for the subtle changes you are experiencing and CELEBRATE them all. This is key to your success.
